La Ulster Bank All-Ireland League è il campionato nazionale irlandese di rugby per club al quale partecipano 48 senior club.
La lega venne inaugurata nel 1990–91. Inizialmente non fu sponsorizzata, poi ebbe come sponsor la Insurance Corporation per sei anni, la Allied Irish Banks fino alla stagione 2009-2010 ed attualmente la Ulster Bank, dalla quale ne deriva il nome.
È stata dominata storicamente dai team provenienti da Limerick.
La Irish Rugby Football Union ha annunciato che la struttura di 3 divisioni di 16 squadre continuerà almeno per le stagioni 2007-08 e 2008-09.[1]

[modifica] Regolamento del campionato
- In ogni divisione la squadra che conclude in testa la stagione regolare riceve una targa premio, anche se il titolo viene assegnato tramite play off, ai quali partecipano le prime 4 squadre classificate.
- In caso di pareggio nei play off si giocano due tempi supplementari di 10 minuti; persistendo la parità la vittoria è assegnata al team che ha segnato più mete nell'incontro.
Se persiste ulteriormente la parità la vittoria va alla squadra meglio classificata nella "regular season"

DIVISION ONE
- Le ultime due retrocedono in Division2
DIVISION TWO
- Le prime due vengono promosse in Division One.
- Le ultime due retrocedono in Division 3
DIVISION THREE
- I primi due club sono promossi in Division Two.
- L'ultimo classificato retrocede e viene sostituito dalla vincente della Round Robin competition (torneo di livello inferiore tra le vincente dei campionati provinciali di Connacht, Leinster, Munster e Ulster).
- Il penultimo classificato gioca un play off con il secondo classificato del Round Robin Championship.
